Day-Of Coordination Packages
Mini Coordination Package
$750
Includes 1 hour phone call 1-2 months prior to gauge scope of coordinator duties/involvement, also go through wedding design and ensure that both coordinator and couple have considered all details, ensure each has a list of their remaining duties both for prior to and day of the wedding, solidify timeline for day-of with couple and photographer. Venue walk through with couple 2 weeks prior to wedding. Up to 1 hour rehearsal day before wedding. Up to 4 hours of coordination on wedding day. Additional hours can be added to this package at $75/hour. This package has 1 coordinator, ideal for smaller weddings or weddings with limited scope of duties for wedding day. Additional coordinator/assistant can be added/may be required for wedding day at rate of $50/hour depending on scope of wedding.
Full Coordination Package

Includes everything in Budget Package plus weekly planning calls the month prior to your wedding to ensure all details are covered. Up to 10 hours wedding day as well, ensuring peace of mind, knowing that we will be there every moment of your special day to ensure that everything goes off smoothly. This package also includes coordination with all other vendors the week of your wedding and reserved availability for last minute add on services the evening prior to the wedding. Additional coordinator/assistant can be added/may be required for wedding day at rate of $50/hour depending on scope of wedding.
Planning Packages
Partial Planning Package

Do you want to be involved in planning your wedding, but want it to be a smooth seamless process with an experienced planner guiding you through the wedding planning steps and doing the dirty work of negotiating with vendors? This package is for you! Starting up to 1 year prior to your event date, have monthly meetings with a planner in which you’ll discuss the next planning steps and make all the decisions while letting your planner do most of the work. This package includes full day-of coordination.
Full Planning Package
$5000
If you want your wedding to be as stress free as possible, with someone else doing all the work of planning and coordinating your event on the day of, while you get to simply enjoy your wonderful day, this is the package for you! We know, it’s a pricier package, but we promise, you’ll get what you pay for! This package is for weddings of every shape and size. Minimum total wedding budget (including our price) for this package must be $35,000 or more, as we will start with a budget and craft your special day from there. This package with include the full coordination package as well as complete planning, while you are as involved or hands-off as you’d like to be in creating your dream wedding.
Elopements
$500
Designed for that couple that wants an intimate experience. In an initial planning call, we will capture your idea for your special day and design a special experience for the two of you plus up to 8 guests at your ceremony and reception celebration. Wonderful for those that want an entirely private ceremony or those that only want a few of their closest people present. This package includes planning and coordination.

Consulting

Are you just looking for some assistance in a couple of items in planning your wedding? Need some help with timeline planning, vendor selection or contract guidance, or just a final check to make sure you've got all the details taken care of? We've got you covered!
Day-Of Assistant
$300
Just need someone to set up your decorations at the venue on the day of? Hire one of our highly skilled and experienced assistants. This rate guarantees a single assistant available to you for up to 3 hours. Additional hours available at a rate of $50/hr. This involves the couple being responsible for having all decorations organized and in preset location for day of, and includes one venue walk through with the assistant in the two weeks prior to your wedding.
Officiant Services
$300
We believe that every ceremony should be as unique as the couple it's for! Work with us to craft the perfect ceremony for your special day. As part of our service, we will provide assistance in obtaining the marriage license, conduct a one hour script-planning meeting approximately two months prior to your ceremony including a unity event, perform your ceremony, and ensure that your license is received by the proper entities.
